Research an example for each of the seven categories of Muda. Discuss the example in detail and identify possible causes for waste. Discuss how you would minimize or eliminate the waste and support your idea with a research example of where another company may have tried something similar in the past. Lastly come up with a method to involve employees in the process as well as how to train them in minimizing the specific type of waste.
