For this journal task, you will conduct a self-reflection of your  current strengths, weaknesses, and skill gaps related to the behavioral  competencies in the SHRM Business cluster. The competencies in the  Business cluster are business acumen, consultation, and analytical  aptitude. You will identify ways to improve your weaknesses. This  activity will help you practice the use of behavioral competencies that  you will need to complete your final project.
