Being called a leader is not reserved for the corporate CEOs and the extraordinary. Drew Dudley’s “Everyday Leadership” is a compelling message that “normal people” provide leadership in small ways every day. After watching the video, respond to the following:

(1) Describe a time that you’ve had a lollipop moment.

(2) How comfortable are you taking credit for your leadership or something else you do well? Explain.

Discuss various training methods and techniques you have experienced in the past and what has and has not worked for you. Think about your formal education as well as training seminars you have taken. Consider, too, the assignments, readings, etc., of your Trident courses. Sharing new information with your classmates. If you were the course designer working for Trident, what would you recommend keeping, changing, or adding to courses to enhance your learning experience?

Topic: Discuss best practices for hiring top talent and the process for developing top talent from within the organization.

Requirement: Minimum 50slides excluding cover slide and reference slide. Every slide needs to include 100 words in the Notes section. Must need at least 10 references. Need to use in-text citations. In-text citation and the references (on the reference slide) must be in APA format.
