Report Writing

Select a Saudi company that operates in any of the GULF countries, and write a (minimum of 1000 word) report covering the following points:

• Present the study report with clear Introduction and Conclusion including your own views.
• Using SWOT analysis, analyze the external and internal environment of your selected company.
• Analyze the political, economic, cultural and legal challenges the company currently faces in any of the country it operates (select one country in which the company operates for this analysis).

Discuss one moral and one ethical breach by the company.

For each breach, provide a suggested remedy that would protect the company from liability.

(3 paragraphs is enough/one page) The assignment is very simple and basic if you have watched the movie and know about business law. It is like a discussion post. You can choose a breach, suggest your own ideas on how to protect the company from liability.

Provide URL for all Internet sources (if any were used)

Please answer each discussion with 250 -300 words, APA style. DO NOT FORGET THE CITATION!!!! Then write a response to 2 students for each discussion week with 100 words min, and directed at them in a positive manner not in 3^rd person! The other students discussion posts can also be used as an example on how your initial post should be done. So by the end of this assignment your should have done 1 discussions and 2 responses!!!

Read the book pages 353 – 359.

Identify two external articles on Ethical Practices in Project Management.

Then write a 2-3 pages paper about following topics with APA style.

Summarizes the Gray & Larson material and synthesizes the information in the two external articles.

Draft your own personal ethical statement of practice in which you identify key characteristics of your ethical self.

Identify one area of focus in project management that can be more suspect to ethical pressure and how you would address the situation.

All written work must be in APA Using Multiple reference and citations

3. Following the steps in beginning to work on improving a relationship given by Fisher and Ertel page 204-207, apply this on an actual relationship with your boss, coworker or person who you are in the midst of negotiations right now.
