For our debate, consider the following statement:

“Authentic leadership, while valuable in theory, is not the most effective leadership style in healthcare settings, especially in high-stress and fast-paced environments like hospitals. In such settings, more directive and decision-focused leadership styles may be more beneficial to ensure quick decision-making and efficient patient care.”

Take a side in this debate.
