MaN4504 course operational project

I have a project that consist of 4 parts while each section should be three pages

1)create a value steam map analysis

2).build a detailed agenda for kaizen/workouts

3)create 6 sigma project charter

4)create assessments using PEMM score card

All material used must be original and keep in mind this is a business that you need to fix , so it should be in first person .
THe company that need to be evaluated Is UPS

Biggest problem is higher turnover rate , insufficient staff , and Managers don’t lead by example .
