The format should be as follows:

Abstract

Introduction:

1. Background info (paraphrase the manual)

2. theory (paraphrase the manual)

3.Procedure (paraphrase section II & III)

Results and Discussion:

(basically the numbers and tables written down)

A short discussion of the results (one paragraph is fine)

Conclusion

“The results agree with the theoretical information” … etc
