1. Compare and contrast the target personas for the corporate market and the higher
education market. Give an example of what each persona might look like (What does your
ideal customer look like, what are their pain points, goals, etc.)
2. Define “use case” and how it relates to jobs to be done (JTBD). Compare the JTBD for
corporate and higher education markets. Can the same product serve both markets?
3. With the pivot to higher education, what core benefits should they focus on?
4. Define a messaging strategy for the new higher education market.
5. In the long run, a new generation product, the Surface Hub 3, would need to be developed
for higher education. Suggest three key themes to recommend to the engineering
team. List two “epics” the team should work on for each theme.
