Use the data assigned and create the control charts with Excel and paste into the Word document provided. Answer the questions on process capability and percent out of specification. Show all calculations. The general grading criteria will be used for this assignment.

Control Chart 1: Complete the assignment using Excel. You will be generating a control chart and calculating process capability. To complete the exercise, use what you have learned about Excel from the previous sessions.Create control charts:

Open your assigned Excel file that has the raw data. Use this data to complete the assignment. Control Chart Data Set 1.xlsx

To create the variables-type chart (X-Bar and R) chart:

Copy and paste your data from the into the template. To change the data from columns to rows, click PASTE SPECIAL after the COPY command. A dialog box will appear. Click TRANSPOSE and OK. The data will reorganize from rows to columns or vice versa.

Revise the formulas as needed for the sample size and subgroup size being analyzed. Using INSERT, create the Averages Chart (X-Bar) and the Range Chart (R).
