To respond question C on professional skepticism from the Agenda Item 2A (Introduction part)

The purpose of this work is to be presented in class. My part for this is to answer question C from the introduction part on the Agenda Item 2-A PDF document. The question is been highlighted in yellow on the PDF. I will say 2 pages is enough but probably it takes less than that to answer the question.
