pathophysiology of the different types of thrombocytopenia and neutropenia, risk factors and management , journal

I am doing a case study of a patient in Medical Intensive care unit . the patient is diagnosed with thrombocytopenia and neutropenia. i would like to get a well detailed pathophysiology of the diseases, the risk factors, the nursing management , surgical management and diagnostic studies. in addition a reflective journal the reflective journal is on the medical intensive care unit.
