I am after an editor that can profeed my paper and make it professional

Hello i have around 30 pages that need editing and fixing. Do not only resolve the comments. My paper needs dramatic change to a very high acadamic level. Please cite every sentence that needs citation and make the necessary changes to uplift the paper.
