fix article review

the paper itself was supposed to be a review of the article provided and the article provided doesnt seem to address just the capta program which is majority of the review

the finished work provided focuses more on the children and abuse act and not so much the findings in the article itself.

would you please review the article provide and ensure the full page outline these three bullets please.

▪A clear definition of the social problems addressed in the article

▪A description of the findings in the article.
