For this project you will evaluate and provide strategic recommendations to a company of your choosing. It needs to be a company that you can easily collect data on, as you will (probably) be limited to secondary data. Picking a publicly traded company is the most appropriate choice.

Introduction/background to the company: this should cover, for example: the history/background, mission, vision, core strategy, unique value.
