Engineering Verbal Presentation

Please write answers about the questions in the attached pdf file. These answers should be presented by me in 3-5 minutes verbally. So please write them like how you would present it to people. My major is Mechanical Engineering, and the project you are gonna write about is the Metal Door Closer (a reaserch about it should be attached as well so use that to get information).
