Please discuss the quotes provided above. Does the mere presence of laws, courts and law

enforcement forces lead to justice in a society? What ideals, principles or methods are vital

in order to provide justice? Please use the definitions and concepts taught during the class in

addition to others. You may also provide examples from your hometown/country as well as

the world.
