develop a ppt presentation to educate parents about the collaborative approach to designing an education plan for transition. Include all of the IDEA requirements and include a discussion of how collaboration with families, teachers, and community members a crucial component for transition at all levels are. Provide a minimum of 2 each culturally responsive and practical approaches to establish effective partnership with families, educators, and community.
