2. work as a business operations manager and my main job is to keep the day to day flowing without interruption to operations. Computer issues are a large part of our technical issues on a daily basis. Knowing computer terminology as well as basic troubleshooting is invaluable in a world where many people are computer illiterate. With the knowledge I have gained I can help support our department by being able to identify various peripherals and other computer equipment. This knowledge could help me either resolve a small computer issue or at least better explain to our IS department what the problem is.
