Critically appraise a qualitative and quantitative research design – Please select two research articles (qualitative and quantitative) and critically appraise both of them.
Once you chose your research articles, answer the following questions for both studies:
1. Is the evidence from a known, reputable source?

4. How was the outcome measured?

Write a short, objective summary of which summarizes the main ideas being put forward by the author in this selection.
1. This Report should cover some of the major issues facing a specific career field or industry. The focus of the Report should be on the industry, and not on you and your career interests.
For example, if I were to write a report on issues facing the financial industry, I might cover topics like cryptocurrency, anticipated inflation, emerging markets (China, India, etc.), and the impending Social Security crisis. I would not talk about my personal career goals or interests.

Asking questions helps us to understand our clients and the issues that are bothering them. Asking too many questions, however, can give the impression that we are desperately seeking some sort of solution or prying. Your goal as a CPJJ professional is to listen and ask open-ended questions that encourage them to tell you more about what has brought them to you for help. The following assignments allow you to practice changing closed-ended questions to open-ended questions.
