1. Arguments:

Identify and organize the arguments made by the plaintiff(s) and defendant(s). This should be written in your own words. It must be a minimum of three paragraphs. Paragraphs are usually about 150-200 words long.

2. Court’s Rationale/Reasoning

Describe how the court applied the rules/legal principles to the particular facts in the case to reach its decision. This could derive from a statute/regulation, similar cases as well as policy arguments the court used to justify its holding. It must be a minimum of four paragraphs. Paragraphs are usually about 150-200 words long.
