Thisdiscussion board will provide you the opportunity to create thequestions you will use for your final interview, as well as build anactual electronic survey.

• Review the instructions for interview project, which is Due Week 5 as well as the materials listed below on interviewing.
• Register / set up account on SurveyMonkey.com ( tutorial video listed below) (Links to an external site.)
• Create the 10-question survey which will be the basis for yourinterview using SurveyMonkey. Your survey should meet the followingcriteria:
  • Introduction with the name of the organization you are interviewing,what type of interview you will be conducting, and what is the goal ofyour interview (ie: what is tt that you want to learn).
  • Your questions should allow you to gather the information you needto accomplish the goals of the interview. Questions should follow someof the best-practices listed in the sheet below as well as this week’smaterials.
  • Create the survey so that your instructor and classmate can rateyour questions, with an appropriate 5-point Likert-type scales (e.g.strongly disagree – disagree – undecided – agree – strongly agree). Nomore than two types of rating scales for the 10 questions.
  • Items must be effectively formatted with precise / appropriate sentence structure.
