We are a senior living community looking for a qualified full-time and part-time Doorman with a cheerful attitude who enjoys assisting people and making them feel comfortable. We are looking for someone that understands customer service!

Basic Functions of the job include:

* Be the first greeter when a resident, prospective resident, family member, vendor, or other guest comes to the community.

* Keep the front sidewalk and entry swept and clean.

* Offer refreshments to those in the lobby area and make sure the refreshment area stays stocked and clean.

* Keep the lobby and front area clean.

* Be knowledgeable about the community to be able to answer questions.
