Identify a current basic skills training program within an organization and justify inclusion of training and skill development.

Detailed Assignment Instructions

You will collaborate with your partner to research a training program within an organization and discuss the key elements of the program model.

Make sure you have posted your group member names and topic to the Presentation #3 discussion board already. NO TWO GROUPS CAN SUBMIT THE SAME TOPIC, so please review other group submissions before posting your own.

Use the AU Libraries databases or other credible sources to find information about your topic. If you need assistance searching, feel free to contact the Education Librarian, Todd Shipman.

• Create a presentation file and record with your group partner in Zoom. Your presentation should include the following:

a title slide with the names of the group members

a brief QUESTION of the selected organization and training program

what is the overall purpose of the training program for the organization

• who is the target audience for the training program and participation requirements
• what are the specific intended outcomes for employees who complete the training program
• describe the program model and how it is implemented (2+ slides) in this organization

if relevant, how is it evaluated and what has been its success

a reference slide in APA Style (be sure you use credible sources)

Presenting online can be quite different from presenting in your face-to-face classes.
