Please do not be discouraged with your grade for this assignment. I don’t think you reviewed the assignment criteria completely as you omitted sections of the scoring guide which greatly impacted your overall score. For all of your assignments there is a scoring guide. Using the scoring guide can improve future assignment grades by ensuring you are addressing the requirements in the Proficient and Distinguished criteria to obtain more possible points and to ensure you do not accidentally omit areas.   Please review the comments and reach out to me with any questions/concerns.  You need to resubmit the assignment within 7 days and highlight any new and/or corrected areas you would like me to review for additional points as they relate to the scoring guide criteria for areas of non-performance. For each of the three resources you have chosen to include in your annotated bibliography, discuss your research and selection process.

• Apply academic peer-reviewed journal articles relevant to the health care problem or issue you are researching.
• Identify the keywords you used to select the articles.
• Describe the criteria you used to select the resources, including the names of the databases you used.

Assess the credibility of the information sources.

Determine whether each resource is from an academic, peer-reviewed journal.

Determine whether the publication is current.

Determine whether information in the academic peer-reviewed journal article is still relevant.

• Explain the relevance of the information sources.

Describe how the health care problem or issue is addressed in each source.

• Discuss what kind of contribution each resource provides.
• Annotated Bibliography
• Analyze each of the three academic, peer-reviewed journal articles you chose, using the annotated bibliography organizational format.

List each full reference in APA format, followed immediately by its annotation.

• Write the annotation for each citation in paragraph form, using approximately 150 words (or 1–3 paragraphs). Include the following components for each annotation:
• Identify the purpose of the article.
• Summarize the article.
• Include the conclusions and findings of the article.

• Summarize what you learned from developing the annotated bibliography.
