eview the Module 9 Reading, Maintenance Resource Management Programs For Reducing Human Error information, Maintenance-related Accidents and Incidents section. Within this document, information is presented from both the United States’ Federal Aviation Administration and the United Kingdom’s Civil Aviation Authority on maintenance-related accidents and incidents.

In this discussion activity, address the following in your primary, original posting:

• Choose one of the reports addressed in the reading and provide a summary of the maintenance event(s) that was a contributing factor and state the recommendation that came from the agency findings.
• Address how the agency findings impact MRM.

(PDF): In this research report, you will learn that the programs in MRM have a variety of initiatives to identify human error in aviation maintenance. The research looks at MRM from a global perspective. It also discusses that it is possible some of the programs are not achieving sufficient progress.
